About the Role:
As the Entertainment Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a vibrant weekly program of social and recreational activities for hotel guests. This dynamic position requires a creative leader who can inspire a team, enhance guest satisfaction, and ensure all activities reflect the brand’s standards of excellence, safety, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and continuously update a weekly schedule of activities based on guest profiles, occupancy levels, and weather conditions.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the entertainment team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Assist and supervise guests during activities, ensuring safety and smooth execution.

• Communicate activity details to guests and coordinate with all hotel departments.

• Prepare and manage the department’s annual budget and activity costs.

• Coordinate and negotiate with external service providers (e.g., performers, musicians).

• Promote activities on social media and monitor guest feedback to enhance engagement.

• Develop creative materials (videos, flyers) to highlight events and programs.

• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.

• Maintain and control inventory of recreational materials and equipment.

• Provide accurate and engaging tourist information to guests.

• Collaborate with other departments for hotel-wide events and seasonal decorations.

• Participate in management briefings, uphold hotel presentation standards, and support company values and sustainability initiatives (Blue Diamond Resorts ESG Program).
