The E-Commerce & Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing ANSA Mobility’s online sales channels while overseeing their social media presence.
Objectives and General Overview of the Position:
The E-Commerce & Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing ANSA Mobility’s online sales channels while overseeing their social media presence. The employee will be responsible for maintaining the websites, improving online sales performance, overseeing engaging content development, and managing social media accounts to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Management:
Manage and maintain the company’s website and online marketplaces.
Upload and update content including descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions
Monitor website performance, product availability, and user experience.
Optimize content for SEO to improve search visibility and sales.
Coordinate promotions, discounts, and online campaigns.
Analyze e-commerce metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales performance.
Generate regular reports and recommend improvements to increase online sales.
Socia Media Management:
Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage the social media content calendar.
Ensure engaging posts, graphics, and captions to promote services and brand messaging.
Ensure response to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Monitor social media analytics and optimize campaigns for engagement and growth.
Coordinate paid social media advertising campaigns when required.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support product launches and promotions.
Conduct any other related duties that may be assigned by management.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms and social media accounts.
Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or similar.
Experience with social media tools and analytics platforms.
Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online advertising.
Strong written and visual communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital advertising platforms.
