Draft & Trade Asset Manager

The Draft and Trade Asset Manager oversees draft beer and chiller assets, ensuring proper installation, maintenance, audits, and end-user training. They support trade marketing and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality and achieve sales goals.

Job Summary

• The Draft and Trade Asset Manager is responsible for managing the trade assets related to draft beer and chillers, ensuring their effective deployment, maintenance, and usage in line with company standards. This role involves managing the installation and maintenance of draft beer units, conducting nationwide trade audits, and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to promote quality draft beer and chiller management. The manager will also be responsible for training end-users and ensuring the execution of trade marketing strategies to meet sales objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Trade Asset Management: Ensure compliance in managing draft beer units and chillers, including overseeing their installation at new locations, regular maintenance, and deployment.
• Installation and Setup: Work closely with the sales and trade marketing teams to install draft beer units at new locations, ensuring clear trade support plans are in place.
• Training and Quality Assurance: Train end-users on managing draft beer quality, focusing on equipment hygiene maintenance, pouring rituals per brand, and understanding draft beer quality assurance processes.
• Audit and Reporting: Conduct nationwide audits for both draft beer and chiller assets, reporting monthly for key customers and quarterly for the entire trade.
• Merchandising and Promotions: Develop and implement trade-specific brand plans for merchandising and promotions in trade accounts to achieve brand and volume share objectives.
• Customer Relationship Management: Work with designated customers to develop and execute customer-related promotions and initiatives to drive trade growth and brand presence.
• Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits (minimum of 50 outlets per month) to monitor the execution of trade marketing strategies, ensure adherence to company standards, and assess the performance of the trade team.
• Customer Support: Advise customers on procedures for managing back stock, displayed stock, draft machine cleaning, and pouring, while promoting the FIFO system to ensure efficient stock management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
• At least three (3) years’ experience in sales management or a related field.
