Divisional Manager- Non-Food

The Divisional Manager is expected to oversee the strategic, operational and financial performance of the Non-Food Division by ensuring efficient operations, maximized profitability and sales growth

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies for all non-food-related business units.
• Align division objectives with overall corporate strategy to ensure synergy across departments.
• Set performance goals, analyze financial statements, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Oversee the daily operations of all non-food business units to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Implement best practices in safety, supply chain logistics, and inventory control.
• Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts for each unit within the non-food division.
• Develop and oversee sales strategies for revenue growth
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and customer loyalty programs.
