BRIJ International Distributors Limited, located in Kingston, Jamaica, seeks the service of a qualified and competent individual for the position of:  

DISTRIBUTION PHARMACIST

  Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the receipt, storage and distribution of all pharmaceutical products in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Wellness, and the Pharmacy Council Regulations
• Verifying and approving orders for dispatch
• Assisting in identifying new pharmaceutical products
• Submitting of new products for registration by the Ministry of Health
• Supervising the customer service department
• Maintaining accurate inventory & transaction logs

   Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
• Registered Pharmacist with a valid license to practice by the Pharmacy Council of Jamaica
• Be a paid up member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Jamaica
• Supervisory experience in Pharmaceutical Distribution would be a distinct advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Good customer service skills
• Should possess strong analytical skills with a keen eye for details
