Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both social media management and accounting to support our administrative and financial operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize office files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
Manage social media accounts, including creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and maintaining financial records.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
Collaborate with team members on administrative projects and support various departments as needed.
Compile reports and summaries to assist management in decision-making.
Ensure a clean and orderly office environment.
High School diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in social media management and familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
