Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both social media management and accounting to support our administrative and financial operations effectively.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize office files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.

  • Manage social media accounts, including creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.

  • Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and maintaining financial records.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.

  • Collaborate with team members on administrative projects and support various departments as needed.

  • Compile reports and summaries to assist management in decision-making.

  • Ensure a clean and orderly office environment.

 Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration or a related field is a plus.

  • Proven experience in social media management and familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
