We are seeking Dispatch/Operations Agents to join our growing team. This role is critical in supporting drivers on the road, ensuring packages are picked up on time, and maintaining smooth, safe, and efficient delivery operations.
What You’ll Do:
• Proactively communicate with drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Conduct scheduled check-ins (via chat and phone) to confirm package readiness.
• Monitor real-time driver activity and provide operational support.
• Prepare and send hourly reports on package status, timecards, and exceptions.
• Escalate concerns and provide timely updates to supervisors.
• Observe and report driver safety or compliance concerns.
• Submit end-of-shift reports summarizing key metrics and performance outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems and applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Prior experience in dispatch, operations, or logistics support is an asset.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and reporting tools is an advantage.
