The Corporate Services Director is responsible for the strategic oversight of compliance, procurement and facilities operations.

 

JOB SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for ensuring alignment with iQor’s global standards, client requirements, local regulatory frameworks and accountable for driving governance, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.

 

­­­­­­­­­­­­­­KEY AND CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

 

Compliance

  • Provide leadership oversight for all compliance functions, ensuring adherence to global and local policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure consistent audit readiness across all functions.
  • Oversee execution and closure of internal and external audit findings.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to manage enterprise risk.
  • Drive a proactive compliance culture.

 

Procurement

  • Define and drive site-level procurement strategy aligned with iQor’s global procurement guidelines.
  • Oversee procurement lifecycle through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure strong vendor governance, contract compliance, and strategic supplier partnerships.
  • Lead cost optimization initiatives and ensure budget accountability.
  • Provide strategic visibility into spending, risks, and savings opportunities.

 

Facilities Management

  • Define and execute the facilities management strategy aligned with organizational and client objectives.
  • Ensure infrastructure readiness, business continuity planning, and workplace safety compliance.
  • Drive long-term planning for capacity, space optimization, and site scalability.
  • Lead multi-site facilities operations, ensuring consistency in standards, policies, and service delivery.
  • Ensure high performance of all facilities functions including maintenance, security and housekeeping.
  • Drive operational efficiency initiatives to improve service quality and reduce downtime.
  • Ensure critical infrastructure resilience (power, HVAC, security systems, etc.).

 

 

­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­KEY COMPETENCIES:

Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Compliance, Procurement, and/or Facilities, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong governance, risk management, and compliance skills.
  • Strategic procurement, negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
  • Financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization).
  • Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills.
  • Experience handling audits and regulatory frameworks (ISO, SOC, PCI, etc.).

 

Education/Accomplishments:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, or related field. Master’s degree would be considered an asset.
  • CIPS, ISO and/or NEBOSH certifications would be considered an asset.
