Digital Strategist (On-site)
The Digital Strategist is responsible for leading and growing the company’s overall digital presence by combining strategic marketing, social media management, and creative content development. This role develops and executes data-driven digital marketing strategies designed to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across all online platforms.
The position oversees the planning and execution of digital campaigns, including social media, content creation, paid advertising, website performance, and audience engagement, ensuring all initiatives align with the company’s business objectives and brand standards. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, audience behavior, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth; translating insights into actionable marketing plans; and continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize reach and results.
In addition to strategic oversight, the Digital Strategist is responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities, planning and scheduling content, coordinating with designers, videographers, content creators, and external partners, and producing engaging content, including event coverage, that strengthens the brand’s connection with customers.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, analytical, organized, and results-driven, with the ability to balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution to maintain a strong, consistent, and impactful digital presence across all digital touchpoints.
