Digital Strategist (On-site)
Job Summary
The Digital Strategist is responsible for leading and growing the company’s overall digital presence by combining strategic marketing, social media management, and creative content development. This role develops and executes data-driven digital marketing strategies designed to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across all online platforms.
The position oversees the planning and execution of digital campaigns, including social media, content creation, paid advertising, website performance, and audience engagement, ensuring all initiatives align with the company’s business objectives and brand standards. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, audience behavior, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth; translating insights into actionable marketing plans; and continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize reach and results.
In addition to strategic oversight, the Digital Strategist is responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities, planning and scheduling content, coordinating with designers, videographers, content creators, and external partners, and producing engaging content, including event coverage, that strengthens the brand’s connection with customers.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, analytical, organized, and results-driven, with the ability to balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution to maintain a strong, consistent, and impactful digital presence across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and online growth.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of all company digital platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels, including content scheduling, publishing, and community management.
- Plan, create, capture, edit, curate, and distribute engaging digital content, including videos, reels, graphics, captions, and promotional materials, using tools such as Canva, CapCut, and other editing software.
- Cover company events, activations, infomercials, and promotional activities through real-time content creation and social media updates.
- Plan, manage, and execute digital campaigns, competitions, product launches, influencer collaborations, and partnership initiatives across all online platforms.
- Develop and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta Platforms, Inc., Google Ads, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Monitor website and social media traffic, conduct SEO and keyword optimization, and implement strategies to improve online visibility and search performance.
- Analyze market trends, audience behavior, competitor activity, and emerging digital trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Measure campaign and platform performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform insights, and prepare monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
- Engage with customers and manage online communities by responding to messages, comments, inquiries, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage crisis communications and protect the brand’s online reputation through proactive monitoring and appropriate response strategies.
- Conduct research and ideation to generate innovative campaign concepts and content opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints in terms of messaging, tone, visual presentation, and overall customer experience.
