We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing direct bookings, and enhancing our online presence across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage and optimize all digital channels including website, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
  • Oversee content creation to ensure brand consistency and luxury positioning
  • Drive direct bookings through SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization strategies
  • Manage social media platforms, including content planning, engagement, and growth
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, reservations, guest services) to align marketing efforts
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and partners
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (hospitality or luxury brand experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and increasing online revenue
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly creative with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
