This role is responsible for the execution of comprehensive digital marketing, branding, and promotional strategies aimed at supporting product performance and driving market expansion.

JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing Executive will be instrumental in enhancing the visibility, performance, and growth of our digital products locally and across all markets for the GO and IZIZZI Brand.  This role is responsible for the execution of comprehensive Digital and social media marketing strategies aimed at supporting and driving market share for the GO and IZIZZI Brands.

This role also focuses on building brand presence, engaging audiences, driving traffic, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective digital and social media execution. It is also critical in maintaining a consistent, credible, and positive corporate image digitally, thereby contributing to sustainable business/brand growth and market share.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full responsibility for Digital Media
- Develop the monthly content plan at least two weeks before the start of the upcoming month for approval.
- Design and post engaging content across social media platforms
- Respond to direct messages and comments within 24 hours
- Run targeted ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram
- Track Campaign performance using tools. eg Google analytics and facebook insights
- Prepare monthly social media report at the beginning of each month
- Shoot and edit video content for social media when needed.
Monitor SEO performance and suggest improvement
- Assist with any external entities/agencies to deliver on key marketing objectives, oversight of creative process to ensure on-time deliverables.
- Support in any other critical activities to drive awareness, interest, desire and/or action to meet the commercial needs of the business.
- Support stakeholders (regional counterparts, Transactions EPins sub distributors and sales Executives) to achieve established KPI’s and market penetration for products.
- Support partner activities to bring new products to market and drive product performance:
Monitor all products and take proactive action to manage performance issues
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the management of Transactions E-Pins Limited and Interlinc Group

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible and accountable for:

assigned.
- Responding to/escalating communication received via social media within 24 hours

- Maintain good relations between company’s team and stakeholders through his/her personal dealing with
them.
- Maintain effective working relationships with external service providers.
- Present a good personal image to ALL those persons with whom contact is made.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate degree or other professional certification in Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Media, or related
field from a recognized tertiary institution
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role, operating without direct supervision
- Knowledge of marketing/advertising/sales of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCGs) would be an asset
- Experience in interacting with multi-national partners would be an asset
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Demonstrable comfort working with digital content creation applications.
- Ability to use Microsoft Suite or other appropriate platforms to gather and display data, present prognosis and findings based on analytics
- Strong social media linkages
- Strong copywriting skills
- Proficient in Photoshop, Canva or similar design tools
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines and deliverables
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Facebook insights etc.
- Stay current with digital trends
- Demonstrate attention to details
- The ability to understand and manage key performance indicators for products and services
- The ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across the organization and with media partners
- Highly confidential
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Strong commercial acumen
SPECIAL CONDITIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE JOB
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable motor vehicle would be a plus
