We are seeking a reliable and organized Delivery Clerk to assist with the preparation, coordination, and documentation of customer deliveries.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring orders are accurately processed and delivered on time.
Prepare delivery orders by verifying items, quantities, and delivery details
Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries
Complete and maintain delivery documentation and records
Ensure goods are properly packed and ready for dispatch
Address basic customer delivery inquiries and report delivery issues
Follow company policies, safety standards, and procedures
A diploma in a related field or equivalent qualifications.
Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, or clerical work is an asset
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physically able to assist with light lifting when required
