We are seeking a reliable and organized Delivery Clerk to assist with the preparation, coordination, and documentation of customer deliveries.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring orders are accurately processed and delivered on time.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare delivery orders by verifying items, quantities, and delivery details

  • Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries

  • Complete and maintain delivery documentation and records

  • Ensure goods are properly packed and ready for dispatch

  • Address basic customer delivery inquiries and report delivery issues

  • Follow company policies, safety standards, and procedures


Job Requirements

  • A diploma in a related field or equivalent qualifications. 

  • Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, or clerical work is an asset

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Physically able to assist with light lifting when required
