What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive research on third-party companies to gather detailed information about their corporate structures, including officers and directors
- Evaluate business relationship inquiries for compliance with SEC, AICPA, and IESBA independence rules and firm policies
- Monitor approved business relationships for changes in ownership structure to continuously assess their permissibility.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant work experience in risk management
- Demonstrated experience in compliance, research, and corporate governance
