Join KPMG Jamaica’s Delivery Center to support Ethics & Compliance for KPMG U.S. Drive investigations, ensure accuracy, and influence leadership decisions.
What you will do:
- Perform initial independence clearance for all firm acquisitions and minority interest investments by reviewing investors and board members and updating clearance templates
- Join discussions with various teams about acquisition opportunities and prepare summaries for leadership review
- Maintain and update clearance documentation as the independence review process is finalized
- Conduct initial evaluations of the firm's 12 active minority interest investments when corporate structure changes occur, identifying and escalating potential independence issues
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant work experience in risk management
- Demonstrated experience in compliance, research, and corporate governance
