Customer Service Representative
$550 JMD/Hour 

We’re seeking a professional, patient-focused individual to serve as the main point of contact for U.S. patients calling Cosán’s care coordination and enrollment teams. The ideal candidate is calm, empathetic, and able to manage high call volumes while ensuring each interaction supports patient satisfaction. You will handle calls, scheduling, and internal communication to provide timely, professional, and patient-centered service. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Patient Experience & Call Management: Answer calls, triage non-clinical inquiries, and ensure prompt follow-up.

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule appointments, coordinate callbacks, and maintain coordinators schedule.

  • Internal Communication: Notify care coordinators and clinical staff, escalate urgent issues, and collaborate to address patient requests.

  • Documentation & Administrative Support: Accurately document interactions, maintain HIPAA compliance, and assist with related administrative tasks.

Qualifications – Required:

  • A minimum of three (3) CXC passes or equivalent, High School Diploma/GED, or a combination of experience and related skills.

  • Prior experience as a receptionist, in patient access, call center, or customer service role (healthcare preferred).

  • Strong Verbal and Written comunication Skills

  • Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of customer service practices, Proficiency with scheduling systems, and messaging platforms.

  • Ability to critically think and solve problems as needed.
