• Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and Services.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and regulations regulatory requirements. 

•  CSEC/ CAPE or City & Guilds required (Must include English)
• Customer Service Level 1 or 2 HEART NVQJ certification or associate's degree preferred
• 4 + Months experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• Proficient English speaker
• Ability to work on-site.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
