Job Summary:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will handle inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve a high volume of customer inquiries via telephone.
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding order issues, including personalized content and order details.
  • Adhere to performance metrics for contacts, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
  • Gather customer information thoroughly to assess needs and educate them about our products and services.
  • Aim for one-call resolution for customer issues, with appropriate escalation when necessary.
  • Balance company policy with customer satisfaction in decision-making.
  • Recommend improvements based on customer feedback regarding merchandising and site usability.
  • Process, track, and close orders efficiently using our internal fulfillment system.

Skills Required:

  • Strong computer skills, proficient in web navigation and Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a focus on proper grammar.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong ability to manage resolutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong listening skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to adhere to processes and guidelines effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service.

Education:

  • CSEC/CAPE or City & Guilds required.
  • Heart NVQJ certification 

Experience:

  • At least 4 months Customer Service experience

Other Requirements:

  • Eager to learn and perform
  • Enthusiastic about providing quality service
  • A willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
