Functions

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via the telephone, face-to-face and Whatsapp.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with other departments within the company.
  • Create inputs/bookings based on emails and calls received from customers.
  • Properly access and handle customers’ concerns and queries.
  • Meet and greet clients in courteous and professional manner as they visit the branch to collect packages, drop-off packages, or query the status of packages.
  • Dispatch all jobs in the Dispatch screen to meet the requirements of the various services offered, with the specified timeframe
  • Process all packages for your assigned couriers in a timely fashion to meet the service it is intended for.
  • Monitor and dialogue with your assigned couriers to advise of all outstanding pickups and deliveries under their driver code
