Functions
Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via the telephone, face-to-face and Whatsapp.
Handle inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner.
Liaise with other departments within the company.
Create inputs/bookings based on emails and calls received from customers.
Properly access and handle customers’ concerns and queries.
Meet and greet clients in courteous and professional manner as they visit the branch to collect packages, drop-off packages, or query the status of packages.
Dispatch all jobs in the Dispatch screen to meet the requirements of the various services offered, with the specified timeframe
Process all packages for your assigned couriers in a timely fashion to meet the service it is intended for.
Monitor and dialogue with your assigned couriers to advise of all outstanding pickups and deliveries under their driver code
