Select Rentals is currently seeking an experience Customer Service Agent who will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Customer Service Agent

Are you an experienced, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a Customer Service Agent to become a valued member of our team.

 Qualifications & Experience: 

  • An Associate's degree in Business studies or related field, or at least 5 CXCs pass General Proficiency
  • Two (2) years of experience in the car rentals field
  • A valid Barbados Driver's License – Minimum of 2 years driving experience / Minimum age of 25 years as stipulated by Insurance Policy coverage
  • Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Proven ability to thrive and stay organized in dynamic, project-driven settings.
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Highly accurate in managing data, including creating and maintaining organized reservation spreadsheets.
  • Committed to delivering outstanding service and fostering long-term client loyalty.
  • Skilled in identifying customer needs and offering tailored, relevant recommendations.

 Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a well-organized workspace and professional demeanor following corporate guidelines
  • Meeting and greeting clients, both reservations and walk-in enquiries; providing necessary information, resolving issues, and positively promoting the brand
  • Coordinating with the back office on reservations, pick-up, and drop-off processes for all rentals
  • Recording and reconciling all funds/payments received from clients on-site daily; updating all to the relevant internal system(s) as required
  • Liaising and coordinating with all business partners as necessary (i.e., insurance companies, hotels, etc.)
  • Assisting with any other related duties as assigned by Management for the effective running of day-to-day operations.
