We’re hiring a reliable CSR/Cashier to assist customers, process POS orders, promote services, manage flow, ensure satisfaction, handle concerns, follow cash & inventory procedures, and perform quality checks. Must be friendly, efficient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE

As a team of 2-3 Persons at any of the Locations

CSR/CASHIER # 1 IN THE BOOTH

  • Interact with customers in person or via telephone to provide support and information on products and services
  • Collect and enter orders on point of sale system quickly and accurately
  • Effectively communicate and explain all available services
  • Follow the company cash handling policies and standard, being mindful of safety
  • Address customer queries/complaints; when the issue is beyond the representatives knowledge, forward to management
  • Issue stock to assigned team members in accordance with the Company inventory policies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

CSR/CASHIER # 2 ON THE FLOOR

  • Engage all customers to ensure that service was satisfactory
  • Communicate with customers in queue to do interior cleaning and inform them of their wait time
  • Address customer queries/complaints; when the issue is beyond the representatives knowledge, forward to management
  • Report all customer complaints and damages to management
  • Submit customer feedback report daily using customer comment cards provided
  • Perform quality checks at the completion of all services.
  • Promote additional services and identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

 

SUPERVISORY DUTIES: None

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 O level passes including Mathematics and English Language
  • At least two years experience in customer service
  • Proficient in written and verbal English Language

PRINCIPLE COMPETENCIES

  • Service oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening
  • Ability to quickly learn point of sale software
  • Approachable and flexible

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged period of standing
  • Ability to work comfortably in an outdoors environment
