Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a key role in managing relationships with direct clients and brokers, supporting underwriting and claims processes, and ensuring a seamless customer journey across all classes of general insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for direct clients and brokers
Support underwriting activities across all classes of general insurance
Assist in the efficient handling and processing of claims
Ensure accurate documentation and policy administration
Deliver high-quality service aligned with company standards
Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues
Requirements
Two to four (2–4) years of experience in general insurance
Strong knowledge of all classes of general insurance
Bachelor’s degree in management or similar.
Insurance Diploma or equivalent professional qualification
Experience working with underwriting and claims processes
