Courier

The Courier is responsible for completing customer deliveries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. This role requires safe operation of a delivery vehicle, efficient route management, and a consistently high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled customer deliveries according to assigned routes
• Operate a delivery van safely and in compliance with traffic laws and company procedures
• Plan and manage delivery routes efficiently to meet service requirements
• Manage multiple delivery requirements within set timeframes
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
• Handle goods with care, ensuring security and integrity of all items
• Interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner
• Represent the company positively at all times
