We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Country Representative to oversee operations across Trinidad, Guyana, and Suriname.
This role involves managing partner relationships, supporting commercial growth, coordinating equipment logistics,
and ensuring operational excellence. The successful candidate will work independently and handle a wide range of
responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial
Support sales efforts, including tenders and market research.
Act as Key Account Manager for strategic clients.
Maintain CRM and prepare quotations.
Provide market intelligence and support business cases.
Assist with marketing campaigns and customer events.
Operations
Coordinate refurbishment and maintenance activities.
Monitor stock levels and support cost control initiatives.
Manage equipment transfers and importation processes.
Partner Management
Oversee financial controls and procurement approvals.
Ensure compliance with purchasing policies.
Track partner KPIs and lead monthly review meetings.
General
Serve as the local point of contact.
Contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years in customer-facing or operational roles.
Strong knowledge of offshore standards (DNV2.7-1/2/3, ISO 10855).
Excellent English and computer skills (Excel, Word).
Degree preferred; financial acumen required.
Experience in safety-conscious environments is a plus.
HSE Responsibilities
Act as local HSEQ focal point.
Conduct site visits and safety audits.
Promote safe work practices and support behavioral assessments.
