An investment and financial services company in Kingston, Jamaica is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Corporate Finance Specialist to support and execute corporate finance transactions, investment analysis, and capital-raising initiatives.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for deal execution, investment evaluation, and client engagement. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting transactions, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute internal processes to optimize deal transactions and ensure timely completion
• Assist in structuring and executing investment and capital market transactions
• Manage subscription processes and investor onboarding activities
• Analyze investment opportunities and assess financial viability
• Develop financial models and provide risk and return recommendations
• Prepare detailed investment reports and supporting documentation
• Conduct due diligence on clients, partners, and investment opportunities
• Prepare and review regulatory and transaction documentation
• Support capital raising activities including equity and debt offerings
• Prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials
• Liaise with banks, brokers, advisors, and regulatory bodies
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution
• Engage clients and provide guidance on investment strategies
• Support business development and client presentations

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certification (CFA, ACCA, CPA) is an asset
• 3–5 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments
