Duties:

• Open and manage job sheets
• Discuss and record necessary materials and tools with installation team.
• To assist with the management and issuance of tools and materials
• Maintain stock and inventory records and conduct periodic checks
• Track jobs in progress and completed and ensure they are passed to Accts to be invoices
• Assist and coordinate re preparation of deliverables for clients’ jobs and events
• Cashing of company cheques at the bank and delivery/collection of cheques and materials as necessary
• Coordinate distributorship phone calls to maintain brand awareness
• Create / maintain spreadsheets as necessary
• Any other associated activities as assigned by Managing Director

The ideal candidate MUST possess

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs/Spreadsheets
• O’Level Math and English A passes
• Good communication skills
• Able to meet timelines for deliverables
• At least five (5) years of related experience
• A valid Driver’s Licence (Heavy T- class 4 would be an asset)

Starting Salary: TT$6,000
