Are you passionate about creating a thriving workplace culture and building meaningful employee experiences? We’re looking for a Contract Engagement Specialist to help us shape and promote a vibrant, values-driven environment across our organization.

In this contract-based position, you’ll design and implement cultural and engagement initiatives that drive belonging, inclusion, and connection internally—while also managing our outreach and CSR efforts externally. You’ll work cross-functionally, be a culture ambassador, and support the strategic alignment of our people practices with company values.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and lead employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
• Organize internal events, team-building, wellness, and diversity programs
• Partner with departments to embed cultural activities into daily operations
• Coordinate community outreach, CSR, and volunteer efforts
• Track feedback and measure the success of initiatives
• Represent the company at relevant events and engagements
• Communicate culture initiatives through newsletters, intranet, and social media

What You’ll Bring:

• Associate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in employee engagement or similar roles
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Understanding of diversity, inclusion, and workplace culture trends
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with engagement tools and feedback platforms
