About the Role:
As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of enhancing operational efficiency and service 
delivery across our organization. You’ll lead initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help embed a culture of continuous improvement.



Key Responsibilities

  • Champion and implement a best-in-class Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy.
  • Lead process reviews and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops on CI tools and methodologies.
  • Analyze trends, conduct root cause analysis, and drive impactful change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align improvements with business goals.
  • Monitor post-implementation outcomes and refine strategies for future success.

 

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or higher) certification.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in process optimization, operations, or business management.
  • Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Kaizen and project management (PMP or SCRUM certification is a plus).

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

  • Expected to work in a fast pace team environment
  • Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities
  • May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays
