Consumer Marketing Manager

Wisynco Group Limited is seeking an experienced Consumer Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies for a portfolio of locally manufactured beverage brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement long-term growth strategies to increase market reach and consumer loyalty.
Craft and maintain strong brand identities that align with overall business goals.
Design and manage integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns with consistent brand presence across all channels.
Oversee brand performance metrics including awareness, engagement, ROI, and market share.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, media houses) to execute marketing initiatives.
Mentor and lead the Brand Manager, providing tools and guidance to ensure team success.
Engage directly with consumers and communities through digital and on-the-ground marketing.
Manage marketing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure efficiency and quality.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
5–7 years’ experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing consumer brands.
Experience in the fast food, manufacturing, beverage, or FMCG sector preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills.

Experience with campaign management, budget oversight, and customer engagement.
