Brand Manager
Wisynco Group Limited is seeking a results-oriented and innovative Brand Manager to lead the growth and development of a portfolio of locally produced beverage brands. This is a high-impact role ideal for a marketing professional who is ready to take ownership of brand performance and drive strategic initiatives across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with overall business objectives.
Oversee brand health, equity, market share, and consumer engagement metrics.
Plan and manage 360-degree marketing campaigns with seamless integration across all touchpoints.
Use data and consumer insights to guide brand strategy and measure return on investment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
Supervise and mentor a small team, including a Marketing Coordinator and Assistant.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and brand spend tracking to ensure performance accountability.
Represent the brand in market-facing engagements, PR activities, and events.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of marketing experience, with proven success in brand management.
Experience in beverage, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors preferred.
People management experience is an asset.
