Job Title:  Consumer Channel Facilities Executive

Primary objective of the job:

• Ensure all Digicel Retail Facilities are properly maintained and in good condition based on Digicel standards.
• Implement Facilities Project as necessary
• Ensure opportunities for improvement and reactive maintenance is identified and implemented quickly and effectively.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage suitable plans for store build out and execution.
• Develop and execute plans for the maintenance and proper functioning of the properties and all systems/facilities where applicable – e.g. air-condition, electricity, water etc.
• Ensure facility is clean, safe, hygienic and well presented at all times. 
• Procure appropriate supply of materials to ensure effective operation of facilities and maintain accurate inventory control.
• Develop and execute Preventative Maintenance plans for all facilities
• Ensure opportunities for improvement and reactive maintenance is identified and implemented quickly and effectively
• Create and maintain database to record maintenance, inventory, audits and budget etc.
• Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly reports to capture maintenance, inventory, audits and budget etc.
• Maintain compliance with all audits (pass mark 85%)
• Develop and implement different projects from time to time as the business requires.
• Management of vendors as well as all renovations or moves required by the business.
• Ability to negotiate costing for all projects or scope of work.

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Management
• Five (5) years experience
