Construction Manager

In Catalonia Hotels & Resorts, we are building a new resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica, and we are looking for a Construction Manager specializing in interior finishes for common areas and high-end rooms.

We are seeking a professional from the interior design/construction industry with at least 5 years of experience in managing interior construction projects within the hospitality sector (restaurants, hotels, accommodations).

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervision of the execution of interior design projects on-site, making modifications and adaptations as needed, and coordinating with various contractors and companies.
• Budget control for the interior design aspects of the project and reporting on its progress.
• Monitoring execution timelines and ensuring quality supervision.
• Coordination with the Executive Project Management and Corporate Management teams.
• On-site presence until project completion (December 2026).
• Immediate or mid-term incorporation.

Profile:

• Architect or technical architect with experience in interior design and construction management.
• Availability to reside in Montego Bay.
• Proficiency in English.
