We are looking for an experienced and highly professional Compliance & Risk Manager to strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance across our diversified operations. This role provides independent assurance and advisory support to senior management and the Audit & Risk Committee, ensuring the organization operates in line with applicable laws, regulations, and best-practice governance standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating strategic, operational, financial, regulatory, and reputational risks while fostering a strong culture of compliance, accountability, and ethical conduct.
