Utilize established frameworks and toolkits to identify opportunities for improvement in competitiveness, cost-efficiency, and employee value.
Conduct regular reviews of local offerings using industry benchmarks and employee feedback to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
Collaborate with internal teams and global reward specialists to address specific requirements and contribute to enhanced regional and international solutions.
Provide expert guidance on job grading matters, identifying roles for review and submitting recommendations for evaluation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally within a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
2 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strong asset.
Hands-on experience with SAP HR and Payroll systems.
In-depth knowledge of local employment laws and labor regulations.
