To support the Human Resource Department with all aspects of administrative services in order to facilitate the delivery of Human Resources Generalist services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assists the department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all company employees.
  • Participates in recruitment and selection efforts excluding managerial levels.
  • Maintains and updates all employees’ leave records spreadsheet and generate statistical reports and graphs showing trends.
  • Maintains and updates all employees’ files.
  • Maintains and updates punctuality and attendance spreadsheet and generate statistical reports and graphs showing trends.
  • Prepares the monthly headcount reports and HR Metrics.
  • Conducts new-employee orientation and conducts reference checks
  • Provides administrative support for all Industrial Relations matters
  • Maintains all documentation related to payroll services
  • Provides administrative support for training of all employees and to maintain a training database accordingly
  • Performs the administrative task associated with the  administration of the Employee Health and Pension Plans; maintains proper records of all members of these plans
  • The administration of all company team building activities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
  • Associate Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years experience providing support in the Human Resource Department
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
