Job Title: Company Man

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Company Man to oversee and supervise well operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing complex oil and gas operations.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ oilfield experience, including at least 3 years in a similar supervisory role
• Significant hands-on experience with Hydraulic Workover Units (HWU) and/or Workover rigs
• Proven ability to supervise complex well operations, including:
• Depleted oil wells
• Gas wells
• Gravel pack treatments
• Strong safety leadership, with excellent communication and team management skills
• Drilling experience is considered an asset
• Valid IWCF certification
• Valid T-BOSIET and UKOOA/UKOOR (or equivalent offshore safety certifications)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all wellsite operations to ensure safety and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Lead and enforce a strong safety culture on site
• Manage and guide operational teams, contractors, and service providers
• Monitor well performance and make recommendations to optimize operations
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of all activities
