Job Title: Tool Pusher

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tool Pusher to lead and supervise rig operations, ensuring all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and industry standards. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills and extensive technical expertise in drilling and workover operations.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years’ oilfield experience
• Proven experience working as a Driller and/or Tool Pusher
• In-depth knowledge of Hydraulic Workover Units (HWU) and/or Workover rigs
• Mechanical or maintenance background is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage rig crews effectively
• Drilling experience is an advantage
• Valid IWCF certification
• Valid T-BOSIET and UKOOA/UKOOR (or equivalent offshore certifications)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily rig operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and performance targets are met
• Lead, mentor, and manage rig crew members
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies
• Coordinate with drilling supervisors, engineers, and contractors
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper maintenance practices
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of operational activities
