We’re looking for a Communications & Brand Engagement Manager to strengthen our corporate reputation, lead brand strategy, and drive impactful communication across internal and external channels. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, strong employer branding, and a compelling corporate presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate brand strategy, content planning, and storytelling.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives in partnership with HR.
• Manage internal communication channels and employee engagement content.
• Oversee media relations, press materials, and spokesperson support.
• Manage corporate website, social media presence, and digital monitoring.
• Support issues management and crisis communication preparedness.
• Conduct market and competitive brand intelligence.
• Drive corporate sponsorships and visibility initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business is an asset.
• 5–8 years’ experience in corporate communications, brand management, or PR.
• Strong experience in brand strategy, content development, and storytelling.
• Proven employer branding or talent brand experience.
• Direct media relations experience, including press materials and spokesperson support.
• Experience with internal communications is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret brand perception, media monitoring, and market research data.
• Skilled in writing press releases, executive messages, talking points, and Q&As.
