Commercial Contract Operations Senior Analyst (Audit)
Location: Kingston, Jamaica (JESS)
KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) powers the ECCC with end‑to‑end contract lifecycle excellence for KPMG U.S. In this Senior Analyst role, you will be the single point of contact guiding engagements from draft to execution; driving quality, risk control, and stakeholder confidence.
What you’ll do:
- Own the contract lifecycle for assigned engagements across Audit, Tax & Advisory; coordinate stakeholders and escalate to leadership/SMEs when needed.
- Draft from client templates; review redlines and terms using playbooks; engage Risk Management, Independence, and Legal to resolve clauses.
- Manage the contract repository & engagement data; document policies, processes, and protocols to ensure consistency and measurable value.
- Advise partners and teams on practical, compliant terms that align with firm capabilities and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits & quarterly reviews; recommend process enhancements; contribute to peer reviews, quality audits, new‑hire training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a subject‑matter resource on leading contract lifecycle practices and help execute tactical plans and strategic objectives.
Must‑have skills & experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Audit (or closely related), with hands‑on exposure to professional services environments.
- Contract expertise: Practical knowledge of contract lifecycle management (NDAs, standard terms, amendments), redlining, playbooks, and stakeholder escalation.
- Communication & influence: Exceptional written/verbal communication; able to engage professionals at all levels and lead client discussions to agreement.
- Analytical problem‑solving: Comfortable assessing risk, interpreting legal/technical language, and recommending solutions grounded in data and judgment.
- Quality & detail orientation: Consistently delivers accurate, timely work with minimal supervision; strong organization and time management to handle high document volumes.
- Ethics & compliance: Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Technical proficiency: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio; Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, graphs, macros).

Special Conditions:
- JESS uses a hybrid work model, allowing staff to work from home in Jamaica or in the office. Employees must be in the office at least five days per month, with more days possible if required by business needs.
- You are expected to use KPMG-approved Generative AI tools to support your daily work tasks.
- Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities.
- May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
