The Cluster IT Manager will lead our IT team, being responsible for managing, controlling and integrating the IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and services of our organization across the stations of the cluster (Region) to ensure the IT template governance.
Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1) Manage and supervise the IT infrastructure, systems, networks, applications, ITSM platform, and services at cluster level to ensure that all IT systems and services meet the needs of the business and are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
2) Develop, implement, maintain, and sustain the IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the IT function.
3) Collaborate with cluster stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that will support business growth and development, aligned with the group priorities.
4) Plan, coordinate and control the implementation of new applications and system enhancements ensuring they are completed on time, on budget and in scope.
5) Ensure the guidelines of the demand management process are followed supporting the prioritization process done by the business thus assuring the proper life cycle applications management.
6) Control IT budgets and allocate resources effectively associated with projects and day-to-day operations at the cluster level.
7) Report the progress of applications deployment, maintenance, software upgrades, operational issues to upper IT levels, end-users and stakeholders.
8) Provide and conduct cybersecurity culture guidance, including training and awareness programs for employees managing security incidents, investigation, containment, and recovery.
9) Lead a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
10) Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
11) Maintain relationships with key IT vendors and IT service providers and negotiate contracts and service level agreements as required.
Qualifications & Skills Education and qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and services.
• Project management experience is required, PM certification is a plus.
• Experience with ERPs and other systems like but not limited to: SAP R3, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, ICG, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, POS systems, electronic invoice systems among others.
• Intermediate professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

• Vendor Management. Ability to manage the IT vendor in terms of compliance, negotiation, SLA, follow up and project management.
• Analytical skills: Capacity to observe, analyze and develop creative and technical solutions to any problem raised by any user within the group.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering results.
Experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role within the IT industry.
• 8 years of project management experience including but not restricted to: development of business cases, detailed project planning, resources planning and management, budget control, risk management and scope management.
• Experience leading and managing teams across multiple locations.
• Proven track record of implementing IT policies, procedures, and standards.
Travel requirements
The role requires moving between business locations locally, for example between the office and locations located within the airport and surroundings.
From IT standpoint the traveling should be something around 20% and it will be directly related to the strategy IT team will build together to identify the travel needs.
This role is open to Caribbean nationals located in the countries in shich we operate including Trinidad and Barbados.
