Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering • Design, deploy, and maintain hybrid cloud environments (cloud and on-premise), ensuring high availability and performance. • Administer cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or equivalent), including compute, storage, networking, identity, and access controls. • Support cloud-hosted and integrated enterprise applications, including ODOO ERP and related interfaces. • Implement infrastructure-as-code and automation where practical to improve consistency and efficiency. Security, Resilience & Compliance • Apply security best practices across cloud and on-premise systems, including network segmentation, identity management, encryption, and logging. • Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions across the Group. • Assist with vulnerability remediation, patch management, and incident response in collaboration with the security and network teams. • Ensure infrastructure configurations align with internal ICT policies and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 27001 principles, data protection obligations). Operations & Service Support • Provide tier-3 technical support for infrastructure and cloud-related incidents escalated from the Help Desk • Monitor system health, performance, and capacity, proactively addressing risks before service degradation occurs. • Work closely with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and manage support engagements. • Maintain accurate technical documentation, diagrams, and configuration records. Project 1 (ODOO) & Transformation Support • Support the ERP platform from an infrastructure and cloud integration perspective. • Assist with environment setup (development, test, production), access controls, performance tuning, and uptime. • Participate in ICT projects related to system upgrades, cloud migration, cybersecurity improvements,and data integration. • Contribute technical input during design reviews, UAT support, and go-live readiness activities. Cost Optimization & Continuous Improvement • Monitor cloud usage and costs, identifying opportunities for optimization and improved ROI. • Recommend improvements to infrastructure architecture, tooling, and operational practices. • Stay current with emerging cloud, security, and infrastructure technologies relevant to the Group. • Providing input into the development of budgets for the procurement of ICT assets. Undertaking any other assignments required from time to time, to fulfil the job purpose. Job Specification and Required competencies: | Qualifications and Experience: Undergraduate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (preferred) or Computer Science, Information Technology Preferred candidate will possess graduate degree in one of the aforementioned disciplines. Experience: A minimum of eight (8) years’ ICT experience within the food and manufacturing industry. Competencies Required (Knowledge and Awareness): Technical ICT strategic planning. Information architecture and security. Project Management (PM) methodologies. Research methods. Cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure or equivalent) Windows and/or Linux server environments Virtualization technologies Networking fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, routing, DNS) Experience supporting enterprise or ERP systems in a production environment is an asset. |
