The Role

As COO, you are the CEO’s strategic partner and the operational architect of the organisation. You will:
• Turn strategy into structured operational plans with measurable KPIs
• Oversee Shipping, Tours, Real Estate, Finance, HR, Corporate Affairs, and Administration
• Lead a high-performing team and champion a customer-first culture
• Strengthen logistics, partner management, and cross-functional coordination
• Implement SOPs, process improvements, and technology upgrades
• Improve operational efficiency, financial discipline, and service delivery
• Identify risks, tighten compliance, and uphold safety and environmental standards

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being close to the work, the people, and the customer.

Who We’re Looking For

You bring:
• 7+ years in senior operations management across tourism, hospitality, logistics, or complex service environments
• A proven record of building systems, improving processes, and lifting service quality
• Experience with Caribbean logistics or multi-department coordination

• Strong data-driven leadership and KPI management
• A cool head under pressure (especially on ship days)
• A passion for developing people and strengthening culture
• Legal authorization to work in Saint Lucia

An MBA is an asset but not essential. Competence and character matter more.
