The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership to achieve operational excellence and optimum profitability for BWPL.

The job incumbent will provide visionary operational and financial leadership to achieve sustainable growth, innovation, and profitability. Working closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior executives, you will shape strategy, build capacity, optimize capital, and foster a high-performing culture across Blue Waters’ operations in Trinidad and beyond. As a key member of our executive team, you’ll have a real opportunity to shape an iconic Caribbean brand, drive innovation and leave a lasting impact on the region.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Overseeing manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, distribution, and customer operations.
• Leading strategic planning, execution, and performance improvement.
• Managing P&L accountability, budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions.
• Championing capital allocation and growth strategies.
• Fostering leadership alignment and employee engagement across teams.
• Enhancing operational efficiencies, compliance, and governance.
• Oversee supply chain agility to meet evolving consumer demands.
• Building trusted relationships with key external stakeholders, including government, suppliers, and regional partners.
• Ensure compliance, ESG goals, and brand integrity across all operational touchpoints.
