The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) provides executive leadership for the people strategy, governance, and culture of a large private security company operating across multiple territories. The role leads HR transformation, digitalization, and workforce planning.

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is the executive lead for the Human Resources function and a key member of the organisation’s senior leadership team. The role is responsible for driving the organisation’s people strategy, strengthening HR governance and compliance, shaping culture, and building workforce capability across all operating territories.
The CHRO will lead the transformation of HR from a traditional administrative model to a strategic, digitally enabled function built around specialised Centres of Expertise, ensuring HR delivers consistent, data-driven, and high-quality services that support operational excellence and long-term sustainability.
Strategic Leadership & Governance
Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with corporate objectives and operational needs.
Lead the transformation of HR into a strategic business partner across all divisions.
Establish HR policies, standards, governance frameworks, and compliance mechanisms.
Act as a principal advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
Workforce & Talent Management
Oversee workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and talent deployment for a workforce of over 3,200 employees.
Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
Strengthen performance management and accountability across the organisation.
Digital Transformation & HR Systems
Drive optimisation of the HRIS, digitisation of employee records, workflow automation, and HR analytics.
Promote the use of data and technology to improve HR service delivery and decision-making.
Compliance, Employee & Industrial Relations
Ensure compliance with labour laws, occupational safety and health requirements, data protection legislation, ISO/STOW standards, and internal policies.
Provide executive oversight of complex employee relations and industrial relations matters.
Represent the organisation in sensitive HR, legal, and regulatory engagements.
Culture, Engagement & Well-being
Lead initiatives to enhance organisational culture, employee engagement, and well-being.
Ensure welfare and psychological support services are effectively structured and managed.
Financial & Operational Oversight
Manage HR budgets, including recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, and external HR vendors.
Oversee the delivery of HR operational services through the HR Operations and Systems teams.
Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or a related field.
Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ progressive HR experience, including at least seven (7) years at senior leadership or executive level.
Strong expertise in HR strategy, governance, change management, and employee and industrial relations.
Proven experience leading HR in large, multi-site organisations with 3,000+ employees.
Demonstrated experience in HRIS, workforce analytics, and digital HR transformation.
