  • Talent & Culture – Build a high-performance workforce with strong succession planning and career development opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Act as the public face of BCSL, fostering collaboration with government, the private sector, and international partners.
  • Continuous Improvement – Drive innovation and respond proactively to audits, market changes, and client expectations.

What are we looking for?

  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Strategic Leadership, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive executive leadership in tourism, hospitality, events, or related sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of increasing profitability and driving organizational growth.
  • Experience managing complex budgets, revenue proposals, and financial sustainability in a large or comparable organization.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hotel, convention, tourism, or service sector at national and international levels.

It would be advantageous to have prior CEO or senior general management experience in a convention centre, hotel, or large-scale hospitality enterprise.
