Salary: TTD$5,500.00 per month

Location: Port of Spain

 
DUTIES:

• Chauffeur the Chief Executive Officer and delegates as directed by the CEO to meetings, conferences, social engagements, and other events.
• Deliver and retrieve documents and packages to as required.
• Make miscellaneous purchases on behalf of the CEO and the company such as grocery items, lunches for meetings or other office supplies.
• Carry out other reasonable tasks as requested.

• 5 CXC Subjects including English Languag
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid Police Certificate of Good Character
• Defensive Driver Certificate
• Ability to work hours outside of the standard business day i.e. nights, weekends, and public holidays as needed
• Highly confidential
• Positive attitude and professional demeanour
• Excellent time management skills
• Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism
• Good customer service skills
• Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines
• Organized and able to follow a schedule
• Knowledge of and familiar with routes throughout Trinidad and Tobago
