Do you thrive in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments? Join us as a Central Monitoring Senior Associate to monitor alarms, coordinate responses, and support clients and field teams.

We're seeking detailed oriented Central Monitoring Senior Associate.
The primary purpose of this position is to monitor IDS alarms and vehicle tracking alerts, coordinate the dispatch of response resources, and deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external clients of the company.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor alarms and alerts received through various platforms.

  • Monitor and manage dispatches sent to response teams via the Now Force App.

  • Process incoming alarm signals accurately and verify their authenticity.

  • Recognize and differentiate signals based on alarm codes.

  • Contact and dispatch security personnel or other designated response services, officers, liaisons, or client contacts if the client cannot be reached.

  • Escalate issues to the appropriate personnel in accordance with operating procedures.

  • Follow up on dispatched alarms to ensure timely resolution and update the client on the team’s findings.

  • Coordinate assistance for clients in the event of an emergency.

  • Review client information, alarm history, zone details, and check the status of vehicles, alarm systems, and work tools daily.

  • Operate the Central Station’s two-way radios, phones, and software in accordance with established guidelines.

  • Conduct periodic calls to customers to test panic systems, including Intrusion Detection and Vehicle Tracking.

  • Update various platforms with information received from clients and response teams.

  • Gather relevant details regarding incidents reported by the response team or clients.

  • Provide assistance to field technicians as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • 5 CXC Subjects including Maths and English
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field of study
  • Customer Service - at least one years experience
  • Computer efficient in Microsoft, Word and Excel and have the ability to enter data efficiently and accurately
  • Have at least one year experience in a call centre or security operations centre
