Job Openings – Catalonia Montego Bay

We are seeking committed and passionate individuals to join our hospitality team at Catalonia Montego Bay. The following positions are currently available:

Warehouse

• Warehouse Supervisor.

Kitchen

• Cook 1: Responsible for preparing main dishes, applying advanced culinary techniques, and supervising kitchen stations.

• Cook 2: Assists in food preparation, maintains hygiene standards, and supports Cook 1.

Front Desk

• Hotel Front Desk Agent: Welcomes guests, handles check-in/check-out, resolves requests, and coordinates with other departments.

 Bar & Beverage

• Bartender: Prepares beverages, provides personalized service, and maintains the bar area.

• Bar Porter: Supports bar operations, restocks supplies, cleans, and assists the bartender.

Laundry & Kitchen Support

• Laundry Technician: Operates laundry equipment, sorts garments, and follows cleaning protocols.

• Kitchen Technician: Maintains kitchen equipment, assists with installations, and performs minor repairs.

Maintenance

• Carpenter: Repairs and maintains wooden structures, furniture, and finishes throughout the hotel.
