We’re seeking a detail-oriented Card Services Administrator to manage customer accounts, process payments, and support card operations. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and skilled in customer service and administrative support.

The role and responsibility of the incumbent is to: 

•    Prepare and process payments to service stations, emailing remittances and preparing invoices
•    Process all card requests from customers, create and issue customer letters 
•    Create accounts for new customers and set up company profiles
•    Prepare and submit internal fuel expense reports for company owned vehicles
•    Ensure accurate maintenance of customer accounts
•    Prepare and apply annual card fees.  Activate electronic gift cards.
•    Review online payments and entries daily
•    Reconcile banking and card portal platforms
•    Provide guidance, resolutions and training to customers and service stations relating to card products
•    Ensure complaints are resolved effectively and efficiently
•    Support the execution of marketing and advertising initiatives for card products

Requirements 

•    Degree in Business, Accounting, Management or related discipline
•    A minimum of 3 years’ related experience 
•    Work in a bank Card Centre/bank environment would be an asset
•    Strong oral and written communication skills 
•    Innovative mindset and demonstrated ability to work in a team
•    Highly organized and deadline orientated
•    Results oriented, self-motivated and business focused
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
•    Willingness to travel overseas
