Canteen Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Canteen Manager to lead our 24/7 staff canteen operations which serves over 500 meals per day, across multiple shifts. We need a leader who can maintain high food quality, team performance, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

H3 Restaurant, a high-volume food service company, is seeking a proactive and experienced Canteen Manager to lead our 24/7 staff canteen operations. Serving over 500 meals per day, the canteen operates across multiple shifts. We need a leader who can maintain high food quality, team performance, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Manage canteen operations across all shifts (day/night/weekend)
• • Supervise kitchen, cleaning, and serving staff
• • Maintain food safety standards (HACCP), hygiene, and workplace safety
• • Implement and monitor SOPs, checklists, and staff compliance
• • Support cost controls and reduce wastage
• • Coordinate with chefs, procurement, and HR to meet service goals
• • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Culinary Management, or related field
• • 3+ years of supervisory experience in institutional or high-volume catering
• • Strong working knowledge of Jamaican food safety regulations
• • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
